ONFORM DESIGNS - SNAIL AND DOG

I am currently taking part in the Onform challenge which is a brief being done by a few others in responsive so I have decided to take up the challenge my self. A shape is developed every week on a Sunday which is designed for the purpose of creating many different images as possibles using only one shape and no other colours other than black and white.

I personally chose this because I felt that this brief would be a challenge. I personally like how the shapes change form and colours every week. This brief makes you think a lot more about your ideas before executing, doing the Onform brief is training my mind to consider my ideas before putting them to use, this is useful for the future because it gives my mind the knowledge of knowing the difference between a good or bad idea whilst working with a minimalistic layout and set of rules.

I decided to create both a dog and snail for the very first shape I approached because from this one shape I could just make out a body for certain animals, could not see beyond a snail with a shell and a cartoon looking dog.
