YCN
Since 2001 YCN has been helping creative artist build connections with clients, partners and other talented people whilst learning new things. YCN link up with clients e.g. like the Guardian newspaper, finding a creative a agency for a new campaign brief. YCN work on building new experiences for artists worldwide and potential connections, that they themselves can continue use was a point of building a body of work and many more connections later on.

I am not sure of what briefs they both companies present yet, but have gathered and idea who I may want to work with on this brief. YCN would be more a choice for me when it comes to designing and animating, because they are an open company which forwards clients to creative artists. I think this company appeals to me on the bases of them artist the chance to grow their own potentials businesses, careers and even profit from them, I my self want to own my own business with various connections whilst earning money doing something I enjoy thoroughly. I might decide to work with YCN in the future if this current brief turns out right.
I feel that there is more choice of freedom with YCN more than A&AD as a company because A&AD is more artists working for a company than building their own personal business profile.
