Narrowing down Festivals to submit animation to (One out of the three)

These are three competitions which have caught my eye, I am mainly thinking about entering my work into the Tokyo Lift-Off Festival because it does not involve a submissions fee and is international, I also think that I will have more of an opportunity to attract attention from many people from different international backgrounds.
